The site has been developed to offer information on all the available licenced wedding venues. These include stately homes, historic buildings, hotels, Register Offices, Zoo's, Castles, and even more unusual ones such as the London Eye, providing a huge choice and a variety of settings for civil ceremonies for our site visitors looking for that special place to hold their wedding ceremony.
All the listings are for Approved Venues only i.e. those licensed by the Local Authorities for the holding of Civil Ceremonies.
Currently we have around 4,000 venues listed in the database which are all licenced to hold Civil ceremonies on their premises.

The site has tried to include all the latest listings of these Approved Venues and are under constant review and update. However if for some reason your site has been missed in error or has incorrect information please accept our apologies and use the following link to a request form in order that your venue can be amended or included.
All Standard Listings are free. However we will verify all requests for inclusion. All venues listed must be currently licensed. The Local Authority information is constantly reviewed to include new venues and to exclude those whose licence has expired.
