It is a free text search so you can use for example; wedding venue title, post code, phone number, any text to find in the wedding venue description, county, town, city names etc. etc.For the nearset ones to any location just input the local area dialling code or the start of the post code.

There are approximately 4900 currently listed within the site and include many different categories of wedding venues, from bingo halls to stately houses, zoo's, mines, caverns, national trust properties, ships, vineyards, ballrooms, concert halls, castles, village halls. There is a huge variety of hotels both independent one's and chain hotels. Universities and colleges ar also very well represented in the database which is constantly being updated.

There are also many quite unusual venues for instance: the London eye, lighthouses, parks and gardens, museums including the royal navy "explosions" museum, football grounds and stadiums, cricket and rugby clubs as well as other sporting venues. There are also numerous Golf and Country clubs listed as well as private island wedding venues.

The venues are listed as individual pages with full contact details; address, post code, phone, map link etc. Where the listing is an enhanced one details also include photo's, website and email links together with a full description.
